Once you have chosen your product, contact us and we will work out a delivery and installation quote. We don't have a set delivery/installation fee on all of our products as it all depends on your location and the type of product you are purchasing.

 

We can discuss every aspect of your product to make sure that you are completely happy.

Once you are in the diary we will get onto hand making your product.

​

We will then provide updates throughout the build to make sure you are kept fully up to date.

​

On the day of installation, we will arrive and fit your product in your chosen location.  The sections will be pre-made in our workshop and bought to site to be fitted.

Due to the nature of the build, we do not currently offer a DIY fitment option.

​

Fitting takes approximately 2-3  hours depending on which product you have chosen.

​

Our log stores will require a level base to work from and this is the customer's responsibility.

​
